Junior Executive Producer - Full Time

We are hiring a Junior Executive Producer to support our two EPs and keep the entire bidding operation running clean. The job begins as assistant work and it is meant to end somewhere else. You will learn how the business works from the inside by sitting next to the people who run it. We are looking for someone who wants to be an Executive Producer, not someone who wants to support one.

Commercial production moves quickly. Boards come in, directors get pulled, bids go out, and calls happen on tight timelines. This role is the connective tissue that makes all of it work. If a lead falls through a crack, we lose a bid. Your job is to make sure nothing falls through a crack. You will receive incoming boards and leads and log them the moment they arrive, store and organize every inquiry so nothing gets lost and everything is findable, support both EPs in selecting directors and securing director clearances, maintain the company database across leads, contacts, bids, and calls, keep records current, accurate, and ready for the team to act on at any time.

The ideal candidate is meticulously organized. This is the first thing we will look for and the last thing we will compromise on. Early in their production career and hungry to grow into an Executive Producer. Comfortable managing many moving pieces without losing track of any of them. Reliable under deadline pressure. Clear and direct in how they communicate. Not at all. We love working with sales representatives! We believe it's our duty to provide best-in-class director matching—whether that's to a sales rep, agency producer, or brand directly. Our goal is to create successful partnerships, not replace valuable industry relationships.

Why don’t you have a roster?

Rosters often lead to roster pushing. We believe pushign the same lineup of 15-20 names can lead to poorly curated reels and "see what happens" submissions.

Are you a production company?

We are a full-service production company. We produced every piece of work on this site.

How do you have so many directors to offer?

Our director pool reflects the growing trend of top-level directors choosing independence. We project our pool to reach ~1000 by EOY 2027.

Do you actually know these directors?

We’ve connected with everyone personally, building this network is a true labor of love.

Is this a roster?

No, this is not a roster. Nobody is signed to us.

Are you an agent or manager?

No. We have no management or agent relationship with the talent in our network. We welcome talent that has agents, so long as they are fully independent.

Is this a directory?

No. A directory would only create more work for agency producers and creatives. A list of hundreds of names is meaningless without context. We are experts on the talent in our pool .

Are all of your directors US based?

While most directors in our network are based in the US, our reach extends internationally to Canada, Mexico, Australia, the UK, and the EU.

Do you have solid line producers?

We have an exceptional network of line producers. Similar to our approach with directors, we match line producers to projects based on their specific fit with the creative vision and production needs.

Are you using tech to match directors? Is this AI?

Our matching process is human powered. We have developed some light propreitary tech to help us move quickly.

Do you specialize in a genre?

We’re genre agnostic. A perfect fit is a perfect fit.

Do you offer post?

Yes, we do offer post-production services, though we are currently selective about which projects we take on in this capacity.

We are headquartered in Austin, Texas, but we work globally.

How do you work with directors? Are you just relaying reels?

We treat every director as if they were signed to us. Their status as a freelancer has no impact on the support we provide.
